By booking services through Haus of Signatures & Voyage (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

We provide luxury travel consultation, itinerary planning, booking coordination, and concierge services.

Fees

Consultation Fee: $75, refundable if booking is confirmed within 14 days.

Custom Itinerary Fee: Starting at $150, non-refundable and separate from booking fees.

Booking Fees: $50 per booking; $100 for premium services (jets, yachts, villas).

Bundles & Group Coordination: Custom pricing, non-refundable once work has begun.

Payments

All payments must be made in full before services are delivered.

Cancellations & Refunds

Consultation refunds are available only if a booking is confirmed within 14 days.

Custom itineraries are non-refundable, even if travel is later canceled.

Booking fees are non-refundable once reservations are secured with third parties.

Refunds for travel arrangements are subject to airline, hotel, and third-party provider policies.

Liability

We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). We are not responsible for:

Delays, cancellations, or changes made by third parties.

Losses, damages, or accidents occurring during travel.

Force majeure events (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

Client Responsibilities

Ensure all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance) are valid.

Provide accurate information when requesting services.

Adhere to third-party terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
